CCMC announces call for Board of Commissioners nominations

The Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) recently announced it is seeking nominations for candidates for the Board of Commissioners.

Candidates who are selected for the Board of Commissioners will serve four-year terms beginning in July. Serving on the CCMC board is a volunteer position for professionals interested in promoting case management practice through board certification. Currently, more than 40,000 professionals hold the Certified Case Manager credential offered by CCMC. In July 2016, CCMC acquired the Certification of Disability Management Specialists credential, which is held by 2,500 professionals.

The Board of Commissioners is also seeking a public member, which is an individual not currently working in case management or disability management. This position must be filled by July.
