New Initiative Aims to Improve Population Health Efforts

America’s Essential Hospitals (formerly known as the National Association of Public Hospitals and Health Systems) is starting an initiative to better understand and improve population health programs. The organization secured a grant from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and will use the money to survey its members about population health topics.

The ultimate goal of the initiative is to build a roadmap to help hospitals nationwide adopt successful programs.
