According to the HDI website, the new issue is:

For Outpatient Hospital:

  • Regadenoson (Lexiscan), 0.4 mg - Regadenoson (Lexiscan), 0.4mg, J2785, should be billed one (1) unit for every 0.1 mg administered per patient. Regadenoson is dosed 0.4mg by rapid intravenous injection. Providers need to ensure that units of drugs administered to patients are accurately reported in terms of dosage specified in the full HCPCS code descriptor.
